The Icon Brickell Miami is a condominium complex in the Brickell neighbourhood of Miami, comprising three high-rise buildings. The complex offers 1,791 condominium units, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and three-bedroom condos and penthouses. The Icon condos are positioned at the Northeast end of Brickell Avenue, and the ultra luxuries complex is adjacent to the Miami River and Downtown Miami and borders on the eastern side with Biscayne Bay. The Icon condos were built in 2008 by Related Group, a well-known Florida-based developer, and designed by Arquitectonica, an internationally renowned architectural firm, and Philippe Starck, a famous French designer who created the lobbies and common areas.
Icon Brickell Miami Tower 1, also known as “Icon North Tower,” is a two-part tower with different addresses, heights, and number of floors. The eastern part of the Tower has 57 floors and a height of 586 feet. It is located at 465 Brickell Ave, Miami. The western part of the Tower has 52 floors and a height of approximately 516 ft, located at 475 Brickell Ave, Miami.
Tower 1 offers 519 condo units with various types of residential condos, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury penthouses. The floor plans range from 546 to 1,977 square feet, with more extensive floor plans available for the penthouse units.
Icon Brickell Miami Tower 2, also known as “Icon SouthTower,” is located at 495 Brickell Ave, Miami. It has 57 floors with a height of 586 feet and is situated on the south side of the pool deck and alongside Brickell Park in the south of the building. The Icon Tower 3 / W Miami Hotel is the West Tower or the Viceroy condo.
