Kendale Lakes is a Miami suburb located in Miami-Dade just west of Sunset, Florida and northwest of the area known as Kendall. Not to be mistaken as a part of Kendall, it has it own distinct and unique qualities. The suburb was once home to many prominent professionals in the mid to late 70′s & 80′s. Sunset Drive is a main street that runs through the area. Kendall Lakes Mall is still a staple in the area and provides a reminder to locals to what once served as a gathering place. Kendall lake is a mixture of condos homes and townhouses and is desired by those looking to live economically, but still close to Kendall.
